Our client, Patricia Kayanga, had the opportunity to share her story with Living Local DMV. Underwear is a basic need and a staple in everyone’s closet. Patricia wanted to create a good product with a business structure that served a greater purpose. When one falls under hard times, sometimes the necessities feel far reached. When a woman is in a situation where they are homeless, their basic needs should always be available and not a privilege. Ohhs’ mission is to continue partnering with nonprofits that provide menstrual resources to school-aged girls and women. For every box Ohhs sell, they donate a pair to a local women’s shelter in the DC, Virginia, and Maryland areas.
